No Returns or Exchanges Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges as each item is custom-made for you. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before making a purchase.

Damages and Issues We strive for perfection in every piece we create. However, should you discover any defects or damages upon delivery, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@kingsmithjewellery.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and strive to resolve it to your satisfaction.
Gifts If the item was gifted to you and shipped directly, please note that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for gifted items. We suggest contacting the giver for any concerns regarding the piece.
